Even though the license is suspended, your Local Folder or POP3 data should still be accessible in eM Client. If your account is setup as IMAP or Exchange, your data will still be accessible using the web interface for your email provider.
If you received an email from eM Client informing you that they suspect you are using the Free License for business use, there are instructions in that email on how to get the license reinstated if your license has been blocked in error.
If you are using the Free License for business use, then you need to either uninstall the application from your computer or purchase a Pro License. You can purchase a Pro License on the web site.

Yes it can. Just click on “resend” my license here on the website using the same email address that was used to get the original license.

Being asked for a password has nothing to do with the eM Client license.
The password is for the email account that was setup and from which you get your mail - i.o.w your mail provider…
The license code is for the eM Client program - which was obtained after setting up your account with eM Client company -by providing your email address.
These email addresses may wel be the same, but the password is only used for your email account and not for activating the eM Client program…
