Messages in Outbox open read only / not editable

When a message is placed in the outbox using Gmail there is no function to edit the message or change the destination recipients in any of the fields. This issue was not an issue in the V6 release but has emerged in the V7 release.

Is there any resolution to this besides rolling back to a previous version? I really like the interface but this issue is a dealbreaker.

Hello Bradbury,

You can still edit e-mails in the Outbox, the Conversation mode however has to be disabled in the message list (Go to Menu -> View -> Conversations -> and choose Disable Conversations/Show Conversations in Message Detail Only). After disabling it, just double click the message you’d like to edit.
