lines overlap on some incoming email

Some incoming email does not format properly. This is the only reason I have not switched to emClient or purchased pro.

do you have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed? If not, please do try to update it and see if the message is viewed correctly then.
If not, could you please send an eml file of a message with this issue to [email protected] with a link to this forum topic in the body so I can get back to you?

I actually am using Windows 10. So Internet Explorer does not exist on my computer. It has Microsoft Edge.

Windows 10 actually still has both. Just search for it among your applications.
The current version of eM Client uses IE for some of its core features, so without it the program would not work at all.

we replicated the issue with the file you sent, but it indeed is the problem with IE’s parsing.
Since we are getting rid of the IE core in the upcoming version 7, it does not have this problem any more and finishing this version as soon as possible is of higher priority then getting back to the IE issues.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you’ll give eM Client 7 a try when it comes out.

Thanks. I will continue using emClient. It is the best OMAP email program I have found with the features I need.
