Licence expired

Hello, my licence expired without no reason, don’t know what to do. It says that it cannot be activated because of the violation of the licence policy…
Please help me!

Тоже самое: была бесплатная лицензия, она перестала работать. Служба поддержки ответила, что я использую программу в коммерческих целях :) 
В результате пришлось покупать PRO, чтобы почта не пропала. Так что расслабьтесь, Это просто способ вынудить вас использовать платную версию. Чтож, имеют полное право.

it’s unbelievable! I have my messages on that program and I cannot even export on another program!

Hello all,

In this case send me please an email with your licence key to: [email protected]. We assess all cases individually so it’s possible that your rightfully used FREE licence ended up on the list by accident.

Я и написал, и ваш сотрудник   Juraj Micek ответил мне:  «  На основании наших записей мы подозреваем, что вы используете eM Client в коммерческих целях, поэтому вам необходимо постоянно активировать eM Client с помощью лицензионного ключа Pro, чтобы вернуть все функции обратно  ». Тем самым вынудил меня, чтобы продолжить работу, купить платную лицензию. 
В этом ничего плохого нет, но напишите на вашем сайте, что программа станет платной, а то вы ставите пользователей в тяжелое положение

Is eM Client really the only way to send mail?
Don’t you have access to webmail ? i.e. the source from which eM Client
receives the mail…

Free or paid?
The option to get a license was there when you installed eM Client
and remained there for 30 days.
Any reason why you didn’t get it before expiry?

Since you represent yourself under The Business Centre 
you’re advised to obtain a Pro license

You can pick it up from the page as well as from the email that’s sent to your
email address on your email provider’s webmail.
Save it in a safe location with description and save the email as well.
