inconsistent data

Seem to be a bunch of other threads where people had this error and lost their entire database so I feel I know the answer already. But I’m hoping to recover years of email at a vital time where I’m trying to enrol in an overseas university course and I’m close to completing the process but cant afford to lose the correspondence associated with it. Can my email be recovered? Please say yes.

Hi Damion,

Are your accounts set as IMAP or POP3 and do you have files stored in local folders? If it’s IMAP, you can just start with a new database and eM Client will pull all data from the mail server.

Do you have a backup file available? If so, you can simply restore from it in Menu > File > Restore.

I have the same problem… how can I solve it? my account is POP3, and no, I dont have a Backup file
