I’m having two problems.

I’m having two problems. One, even though I’ve bought the pro version, three times in the last month and a half I get the error message that my license isn’t any good, and limiting access. I have to re-activate it each time. Two, almost every morning I get the message that there is an update available. Even though I click on the install button, nothing happens. Please send me another activation code and tell me why I’m having these problems.
