I am told I have a license but I have no mail coming in. I just received an email that my trial has expired. I wasn't using a tril/

I have an account as the site tells me but, I have been getting a message that my trial has expired.  When I try to log in again it says I already have an account,

You need to enter and activate your license key by going to Menu > Help > License.
