Having a free license problem

I am testing your program and believe it will work. However, now have 5 days left on my trial. As info, I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times but using the same email address. When opening eM client I receive the “5 days left message”. I follow the instructions as follows:

  1. Click to get license
  2. I fill out the form
  3. Message I receive is "License issuing failed. License exists.
  4. I click to get existing license
  5. I fill in form to get existing license
  6. I receive message that no such email found?

So, question is, what do I do now? I like the program but not enough to go through this. Please advise ASAP!

I’m having a similar issue. Trying to register the free Em client: Get message: Problem occurred when contacting the licensing server. The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication required (the ISA server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy is denied.) Help?
