Google sync does not sync events to emClient on my PC

Google calendar will not sync to my PC. Email and contacts seem to work fine. I have repaired the database, uninstalled the program, deleted the account, and reinstalled, but I still can’t get it to sync. My cell phone and tablet sync with no errors to the Google calendar. HELP!

in this case I will need your GData logs, Tools - Settings - Advanced, check GData under your account, apply and restart eM Client.

Then simulate steps which leads to your issue and send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s URL in subject.

then you can turn logging off.

I’ve updated my client to the current version also and I’m getting the same error as others. Hopefully you will see something in the log file that detects why this error is happening. I might add that my wife’s Google and Yahoo calendar are populating the eM Client just fine (no 2-step verification). I do have the 2-step verification enabled on my Google account. I was required to generate a password from my Google account for Google mail, Talk and Contacts. I re-generated a password for the calendar specifically and entered it into the eM Client account settings and that didn’t make a difference either.

Did you send us the logs? If not, send it please and one of our technicians will surely get back to you with a solution.

I haven’t sent a log file. What is the method for doing that?
