password prompting - does not seem to “take” - I keep getting prompted for the password, finally just ESC out of the menu and my mail from Google seems to get to eM just fine. Do I have a setting wrong?

you can send me IMAP logs, but most fastest way how to resolve this will be if you would remove and add your account again.
