Authentication fails on setup. I tried both as Outlook and Exchange. Version 7.0.2

when setting the account up as Exchange, could you please make sure that you are entering your e-mail address into both “Email address” and “User name” fields?

Having the same issue. Email and user name, the same.
I am also having this issue. If I change the IMAP and SMTP to outlook.office365.com it can read mail but I can not access Calendar, Tasks, or Contacts. It’s almost there.
Was able to get my Office 365 from GoDaddy account to work with the steps in this thread:

Thanks. Actually I got this working with my normal credentials. It’s been a while now, so I don’t remember exactly how. Apparently they are not using Exchange but, some Microsoft protocol that only works with Outlook, which is why I can’t get full access to the Calendar.
