Gmail contacts sync problem

every time I launch eM Client I am receiving the below message. as far as I can understand this is a sync issue with my gmail contacts.

I have tried:

click on contacts at the left of the screen
where it says your email address under contacts hover your mouse over and click the right hand mouse button. 
from the menu select properties
select the repair tab 
click the repair button

but this has made no difference. any ideas?

I just started getting the same error after about a year of no issues. Bummer nobody responded to you in a year.

This issue reflects the recent server issue of Google Contacts. We are aware of it but most likely it’s just a temporary problem and it will get fixed soon.
