Cannot open EmClient

Pls advise - Keep getting this error mssg:

System.ArgumentException: Invalid File or
Directory attributes value.

   at System.IO.File.SetAttributes(String path, FileAttributes fileAttributes)

   at MailClient.Storage.Data.DataStore.SetupWindowsSearch(String databaseLocation)

   at MailClient.Storage.Data.DataStore…ctor(String dbLocation, DataStoreOptions options)

   at DbRepair.CheckingProcess…ctor(IFormCheck view, RepairOptions repairOptions, CorruptionCheckMode corruptionCheckMode, String dbLocation)

   at DbRepair.FormCheck.Form_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)

It looks like there is an error with your database. 

One thing you can try is to rename the database directory, and then restart eM Client.  To do that, go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming and rename the eM Client directory. You may have to enable hidden items in Windows Explorer to get there.

When you restart eM Client it will be with a blank database. Restore from your most recent backup to get your settings and content back.
