Client have downloaded emails from server but all emails are missing. No mails in junk or other folder… Any idea how to avoid this? Cant leave email on server because of low storage space.
Where did you save them?
Normally you would save them in Local Folders, otherwise they will still be in the IMAP folder on the server. If Local Folders are not visible you can enable them in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Show Local Folders.
