em client won't start

Normally with a database error the only option is to delete it and then restore from your most recent backup, or start again from scratch.

To do that close eM Client and delete C:\Users_username_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to enable hidden items in Explorer to get there.

But if you have a Pro License, you could open a support ticket with eM Client, and they may be able to assist you further.

Thank you. I did this a couple times already, and that’s where the error message came from. But, tried again and it worked!  (The double post was because my profile said I had started zero conversations).
