eM Client Window disappears to the side when launching

I am running eM Client on Windows 10 on my PC and whenever I launch eM the program window disappears to the side of my screen and I cant view it. I tried restarting eM and my computer several times and nothing. I even deleted and reinstalled eM client and the problem still occurs. 

I don’t know what else to do.

Any suggestions???

A couple of things–

1.  Uninstalling eM Client does not delete the data and configuration files.  They will remain at c:\users[user_name]\Appdata\Roamong\em client.  So, if you want to completely start fresh, you have to delete this directory.

2.  When eM Client is open, click on the taskbar icon and then press [alt]+[space] and then m.  You can then move the window using your arrow keys and get it on the screen.

Number 2 should be done instead of #1.

And if you don’t see the icon on the task bar, it is likely it has opened to another desktop. You can click on the Task View icon, and move it between desktops.
