My EM Client frequently opens Offline. If I enter Menu>File>Work Offline and uncheck this setting nothing happens - it still doesn’t connect.
I’ve also gone to Menu>Tools>Settings> General and checked that Synchronize Items at Startup is still ticked - it is. But the only way I can get eM Client to download is to click the Apply button on the general page. It htne connects but very slowly.
Even then, the next time I use it the same problem may well appear!
Normally, eM Client will be offline when there is no Internet connection. That it is also very slow when connecting, indicates there may be something wrong with the connection.
If you have any VPN, proxy or anti-virus installed, disable those and see if that makes any difference.
Don’t know what else to suggest Paul. At home on my rural connection, eM Client goes offline more than I would like, but that is because of the crappy Internet connection.
