em client is restarting with Windows 10 after it synced with outlook

Hi My em client is not stating and is showing this error.

Please help

 Failed to send:The remote name could not be resolved: ‘www.emclient.com’
eM Client (6.0.23181.0)
Windows: Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0, Framework: 4.0.30319.42000
The following error has occurred:
System.ArgumentException: Customized cultures cannot be passed by LCID, only by name. Parameter name: culture
at System.Globalization.RegionInfo…ctor(Int32 culture)
at MailClient.UI.Forms.formMain.UpdateCalendarSettings(Boolean afterstart)
 at MailClient.UI.Forms.formMain.InitializeGui()
 at MailClient.UI.Forms.formMain.OnLoad(EventArgs e)

Hello Dragos, sorry to see this, however I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, did the application throw this error with the “remote name could not be resolved” included in the error log? Are you using any security software on your computer?

What version of Windows are you running the application on?

i am running Windows 10.

I did the follwing: I installed the em client aftre a selected to take over the settings from Microsoft Outlook 10.

When it finished on stating of the aplication I received this error: An erro occurred in the aplication that prevents it from continuing. The application will terminate. I pushed show errorand I saw:

It restarted several times but without any result.

It is scanning the database and after all is ok I am receiving the same message.
