Duplicated Addresses from Contacts with version 4.0 eM Client

How do I stop duplicate Addresses being created when using my Contacts in email with eM Client version 4.0 ?

Could you describe it in more detail please? What exactly are you doing before you get the contacts duplicated?

Just clicking on the To to bring up the Addresses and when I get the one I want Click on that and enter it in either TO CC or BCC. However when entered it duplicates. It’s got be something with the Import process from Outlook, for when I deleted all the Contacts and re-entered them by hand the problem was solved. Tell you what though: apart from that hiccup it’s a fantastic program and all credit to those responsible. Well done and thank you for your time.
