duplicate emails

I updated to the latest version yesterday and ever since, I keep getting multiple copies of each new email. Does anyone else have the same issue? I have to enter the webmail version to mark them as read and then they are not coming any more. Thanks!

By latest version, which version do you mean? 7.2.36694 or 7.2.36775?

Who is your email provider?

In the mean-time, uninstall eM Client, then download and install 7.2.35595 from the Release History. See if that resolves the issue.

How can I get the 7.2.36775? When I check for updates it says I have the latest.

I think that 7.2.36775 was being pushed to some users, but it is not yet published.

It may be weeks before the next service release is published.

The downgrade only takes 5 minutes and you will not lose any data or settings if you choose NOT to delete the database when prompted.

I downgraded to 7.2.35595.0 and now all is back to normal!
