Download/upload messages

After last update, the box of log error appears all the time after synch activity. The account config is ok and I need to do the diagnosys test to download/upload the emails. what is happening?

I have no idea why message downloads on Outlook but not on eM Client.

No error. Message just dont download on eM client

If the messages are on the server, but not downloading then there must be an error. Go to Menu > Tools > Operations and click on the Log tab. Read through that and you will find where eM Client cannot download the messages.

One thing you can try right now is to disable your anti-virus application and firewall and see if there is any difference.
