Double messages in All inbox

I have been a user for years when emClient stopped working. When I re-installed I now get duplicate messages in the “All Inbox” I re-installed again and get the same problem. Is there a setting I can change.

You could always try the Menu > Tools > Deduplicator 

Thanks , I already tried that. I re-installed again, the duplicate message is now OK, but now the calendar and contacts will not sync.
