Double line breaks disappear in sent emails

When I compose emails and insert double line breaks to separate my paragraphs everything looks good, but when I open the same email in my sent folder or send it to myself and open it in a different client, the double line breaks appear as single line breaks, making my emails look cluttered and hard to read. I always use ‘Paste as Text’ and copy my text from Notepad to avoid any potential formatting errors.

I’ve been having this problem for a while, but currently I am using version 7.2.37929.0 on two different Windows 10 computers and have the same issue.

I would really appreciate your help with this. I love eM Client and want to get the paid version, but this issue would unfortunately be a deal breaker, because a correct appearance of my emails is of utmost importance.

This exact same problem has been posted by another user 7 years ago with no solution (https://forum.emclient.com/emclient/topics/missing_line_breaks_in_final_email). Have you found a way to fix this issue?

Yes, this was an issue in version 7 when pasting as text, but has been fixed in the beta 8 available to download from the Release History.
