It may be an issue with a corrupted database. You can try manually running C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\ DbRepair.exe, with eM Client closed.
If that does not help, you can try starting eM Client with a blank database and see if there is any difference. Close eM Client, and then rename C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to show hidden items in Explorer to do that. When you start eM Client again, it will be a blank database.
I uninstalled and restarted without database and it is fine. But as soon as i am downloading even 20 email. its is crashing. The email are also fine there are no emails with any virus. Pls. inform the solution to this. I am facing this from last 4 to 5 days now.
Uninstall eM Client, then download and install 7.2.35595 from the Release History. After starting eM Client, when/if prompted do not update the application. See if there is any difference on the older version.
I don’t think anyone on this community forum has enough knowledge to interpret your crash report, therefore no one has replied.
If you want more technical assistance, and you have a Pro License, you can open a support ticket directly with eM Client. They will be able to help you further.
One thing you can try though, as this may have to do with your database, is to start eM Client with a blank database and see what happens. To do that first make a backup of eM Client if possible (Menu > File > Backup) then close eM Client and rename the C:\Users_yourusername_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client folder. You may need to enable hidden items in Windows Explorer to get there.
When you restart eM Client, you will have an empty database. Setup your accounts and see what happens.
If that does not make any difference you can restore your old database (Menu > File > Restore) or just keep the current one.
