As per heading - version 7.2.34711.0 on Windows 10 latest update, client crashes every click of contact details-Agenda strip… it’s not important to me at this point but is annoying when accidentally clicked on when bringing app to front, and I guess kills that functionality…

If you upgrade to the latest version available to download in the Release History, does it make any difference?
If the issue is still there it may be a problem with the database. You can start eM Client with a new blank database, add your accounts, and see if the same behavior is there. To do that first make a backup of eM Client (Menu > File > Backup) then close eM Client and delete the *C:\Users* _ yourusername _ \AppData\Roaming\eM Client folder. You may need to enable hidden items in Windows Explorer to get there. If that does not make any difference you can restore your old database (Menu > File > Restore).
Hi Gary, thanks for that… I did as you said and set a clean install… and yes it worked fine (no crash as described) from new, I tried a restore and LO! it crashed again…
I have a text document of the error code that eMClient spat out after the crash if there’s a way I can forward that to you??
Cheers - obviously there’s nothing wrong with that part of your software - I’m a bit of digital hoarder… LOL… maybe too many local folders/subfolders?
