Can't update Version 6.0.24928.0 to current version 7.2.34208.0

When I update to the current version all my emails from the past two years are gone. Showing emails from 2017. Then when I try to do a restore I end up losing all the emails. Also I can’t connect to my email server as well.

Please try installing the version 7.0 first from the release history: https://www.emclient.com/release-history and then update to the newest version. Between version 6 and version 7, you’ll be asked if you wish to change the database type so just confirm it.
