Can't install and use eM client

I’ve just installed em for the second time - I reinstalled the first time - and I’m still having the same problem. I ran through the download/setup and nothing is happening. The em program won’t open, when I click on it, it doesn’t open. I have em on another computer and it’s still functioning properly

Hi Jennifer, I’m afraid this might be more of a system issue, can you please check if the application is running in the background by checking if the MailClient.exe process is running in the TaskManager?

Also please make sure if the application isn’t hidden in the tray, check all icons in the tray if by any chance the application isn’t just running minimized. Have the installation shown any errors or issues while you were installing the app?
