Calendar edits to one OR all recurring events are not syncing using AirSync

I have calendar, tasks and contacts syncing to outlook.com via AirSync.  If I change one calendar event of a recurring event I get an Operations error “An error occurred - Error in client/server conversion”, with the log saying “MailClient.Storage.Application.ItemOperationException: Error in client/server conversion.”. 
If I change ALL recurring events I get the error "MailClient.Storage.Application.OperationException: Synchronizing folder list failed due to the following error: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. —> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.

Changes to non-recurring events works well as do Task and Contact changes from what I can see.

You could try setting up Outlook.com as an Exchange server instead. This has better results with calendars.

To do this go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and remove your existing Outlook.com account. Then add a new account by selecting Mail > Exchange.

See if that helps.

Before removing or changing account settings, it is always advisable to make a backup using Menu > File > Backup. Then if something goes wrong, you can just restore your previous settings using Menu > File > Restore.
