accurate timestamp columns of emails

How can I set “list of emails” pane to show not only the receiving/sending date of the emails but but receiving/sending timestamp with seconds accuracy? I want to see these information because I get ~100 emails per day.

Tools -> Settings -> Read - there you can check “Show complete date and time in message list”. You will see date, hour and minute in “Received” column.
Seconds you can see only after opening an email.
