5.2.0 Spam message rejected

Good morning, sir,
I sometimes get a “5.2.0 Spam message rejected” message when I send emails via eM Client 7.2.37965.0.
I don’t understand where the problem comes from, can you help me?

This seems like a server-side issue.
The server rejects the email because it is recognised as spam. Please contact your server support for further explanation and fix.
