[App Suite] Kann keine Verbindung zum OX App Suite-Konto herstellen

Hi,

i’m new to eM Client and installed it just a few minutes ago.

I created 2 account and everything works fine. But every time i start the eM Client i get this error message:

[App Suite] Kann keine Verbindung zum OX App Suite-Konto herstellen

Which means no connection to OX App Suite-Account

But i can send and receive mails without any problem. I do not know what this App Suite is, but in the account configuration it is configured as [https://mailxchange.de

](https://mailxchange.de)This link opens my providers webmail login. It seems that i cannot disable this App Suite entry.

Any ideas what went wrong here?

Just found it… you can disable App Suite in the account configuration…

are both of the accounts Exchange?  I would remove the accounts and add one at a time and when it says to import form email address type the address in and let sync.  than do the other.  this way em client will will configure them for you
