Warning messages on Godaddy pop3 accounts

I use Godaddy pop3 accounts and it works but i have warning messages after automatic sync tasks on these Godaddy pop3 accounts telling it fails. After a diagnostic of each pop3 account, testing result is each time "OK". What can i do to stop this these warning messages ? or trust them when they occur ?
