Settings have all gone....grrrrrrr

WTF? Just spent about 6 hours getting eM set up with all my email accounts and callender. All was working fine. I closed eM down and re-opende it later and all my settings are gone. I just get the setup wizard asking me to set up a new account. GGGrrrrrrrrr . eM is about to be binned........
