What is the best way to move my Outlook email on my old computer to eM Client on my new one? Do I import on the old and then move everything over, or can I install eMC on the new computer, and then import via the network?

1You'll have to do it the first methods you mentioned. As eM need Outlook installed to do the import. So install eM on your old PC first, do the import, than copy the database over to the new PC.
Database are located under:
C:\Users\%Current User%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client (Vista/Win7)
C:\Documents and Settings\%Current User%\Application Data\eM Client (XP)Comment -
