Select the Import from Microsoft Outlook option and click Next:
Check all the items you wish to import from your MS Outlook and click Finish.
To import your emails and contact from MS Outlook into eM Client select File ->Import in the main menu:

Check all the items you wish to import from your MS Outlook and click Finish.
Select the Import from Microsoft Outlook option and click Next:
Check all the items you wish to import from your MS Outlook and click Finish.
