google calendar sync fail

I’m getting the following error trying to sync my google calendar over to eMClient. Please help!

Hi Joel, what version of eM Client are you currently using? You can find this information in Help > About.
Are you seeing any error messages from the application? If so, can you make a screenshot of the issue?

I’m using version 6.0.20498.0

Hi Joel, can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on the GData logging for your account?

  1. Save the settings
  2. Restart the application
  3. Replicate the issue
    When the error occurs go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send Logs” and send the logs to [email protected] and please add a reference link to this forum topic.

I already had the logs on, hoping I could interpret them. No luck on that front, so hopefully you’ll be able to make heads and tails.
