Emailing an entire category of contacts
Is there an easy way to email a group of people by category. I have a category for "employees" in my contacts and I want to send them all an email without putting in their individual names. Is there some way to do this?

Hi, I'm afraid not at the moment. You can however create a distribution list that contains all your employee, that way you can just add the distribution list for mailing instead of each individual.
Distribution list can be created by the toolbar button, New -> Distribution List.Comment -

Yes, it is possible. Just create custom contacts search folder that will contain all the contacts of the category you want. Then go to this search folder, select all contacts, right-click at them and choose Send Message...
