EM disply "Fatal Error" and closing.

Once you have successfully installed the product, at start procedure
display
'Fatal Error: CLR error: 80004005. The program will now terminate '
and then not start.

It seems you have corrupted .NET Framework installation. Please go to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs, remove .NET Framework and reinstall it with the newest version.
